TRAINING BULL Multipress
Instead of metal plates, TRAINING BULL uses weight tanks, which are connected via a water hose to a pillar containing water. To make the training weight heavier, a pump is activated through a foot pedal or a switch on the training handle. This pumps liquid from the water pillar into the weight tanks. To reduce the training weight, the water is pumped back into the water pillar.

1. Fully adjustable and electronic weight settings
Fully adjustable weight settings allow for much better and more precise training weight selection. The
TRAINING BULL system thus helps the person exercising to make small yet safe gains in each training exercise. Risk of injury is thus kept as low as possible; the joints aren’t over-stressed during training.
The training weight can be comfortably adjusted electronically when seated, using the foot pedal or the switch on the training grip.
2. Weight reduction and weight increase whilst performing the exercise
For example, if eight repetitions on the TRAINING BULL Multipress cause muscular failure, the minus-foot pedal can be operated, and fluid is then pumped out of the weight tanks and the training weight is thus smoothly reduced. By reducing the weight, the trainee can still manage a few more repetitions, training at the absolute limits of weight and intensity, which of course has a positive effect on muscle-building.
One can of course increase the weight whilst performing the exercise. This training method is especially suitable for slowly reaching a heavier weight without losing good form during the exercise.
