With the impulse of the gravity power, called impulse eletrical-weight to the skeleton muscle system, there is the invigoration and the rise of the bone density.

Besides, the Jump also works equilibrium, power, moving coordination. But the main attribute of Jump is about the lymphatic system, that is considered the “litter remover” from our organism. The Jump is easy and very fun.
Impact reduction
One of the main characteristic of the Jump is the lowest impact level suitable during the exercices, even this being accomplish in an intensive form. Two factors are due to this: the own cushioning, (deceleration) accomplished by the springs and canvas of the Hydro Jump, and the water, through the resistance caused by its density and the push in the oppose way to the gravity (Arquimedes principle)

Two large wooden disks that can slide thanks to resin marbles: apparently Motopad with its simple and pleasant appearance, doesn’t look like a fine work out tool.
Created by a German physiotherapist Motopad is been on sale since January 2008 in Italy by Tecnocomponent, a company located in Cesena, which is specialized in professional products for gyms and rehab.
The large surface of Motopad (124 cm of diameter) and the unprecedented sliding mechanisms make it an eclectic and versatile tool, suitable for specialized work out for high performance athletes aiming at improving such skills as balance, coordination, body awareness but also at strengthening legs and arms joints through a wide range of exercises.
Motopad is grand to train all lower limbs muscles because it work on the stabilizers by improving agility, strength, the sense of the rhythm and the synergy of agonist-antagonist muscles.
Motopad’s maximized performance is in sports (ski, ice skating, football/soccer etc…) and in the rehab field in particular when it comes to proprioceptive training, that is to say the development of that particular sensitiveness which allows the body to be aware of itself and its relation with the surrounding world.
In Germany Motopad is used even in nursery schools in psychomotor contexts and as play therapy to tackle hyperactivity syndromes.

A new dimension in strength training and muscle-building

TRAINING BULL Multipress
Instead of metal plates, TRAINING BULL uses weight tanks, which are connected via a water hose to a pillar containing water. To make the training weight heavier, a pump is activated through a foot pedal or a switch on the training handle. This pumps liquid from the water pillar into the weight tanks. To reduce the training weight, the water is pumped back into the water pillar.

TRAINING BULL is more than a piece of strength-training equipment. Water – an essential element of nature, and state-of-the-art technology, combined within an innovative product which provides superlative training comfort. The sophisticated design and the absolutely silent operating mechanism raise the standard in any fitness and wellness centre.

The advantages of TRAINING BULL

over conventional weight-training devices:

1. Fully adjustable and electronic weight settings

Fully adjustable weight settings allow for much better and more precise training weight selection. The
TRAINING BULL system thus helps the person exercising to make small yet safe gains in each training exercise. Risk of injury is thus kept as low as possible; the joints aren’t over-stressed during training.
The training weight can be comfortably adjusted electronically when seated, using the foot pedal or the switch on the training grip.

2. Weight reduction and weight increase whilst performing the exercise
For example, if eight repetitions on the TRAINING BULL Multipress cause muscular failure, the minus-foot pedal can be operated, and fluid is then pumped out of the weight tanks and the training weight is thus smoothly reduced. By reducing the weight, the trainee can still manage a few more repetitions, training at the absolute limits of weight and intensity, which of course has a positive effect on muscle-building.
One can of course increase the weight whilst performing the exercise. This training method is especially suitable for slowly reaching a heavier weight without losing good form during the exercise.

3. Programmable weight settings
TRAINING BULL software opens new doors in terms of healthy and medically orientated training.

SENSORIZE AND TECHNOLOGY

Sensorize products are based on MEMS technology (micro electro-mechanical systems) that allows to integrate various types of motion sensors (mainly accelerometers and gyroscopes) on a small integrated electronic circuit. All products are wireless exploiting Bluetooth technology and contain OLED displays.

Accelerometers
Sensorize employs ultra compact low-power 3D accelerometers in all of its products. An accelerometer is a device for measuring acceleration and gravity induced reaction forces. Single- and multi-axis models are available to detect magnitude and direction of the acceleration as a vector quantity.
Accelerometers can be used to sense inclination, vibration, and shock. They are increasingly present in portable electronic devices.

Gyroscopes
Sensorize employs 3D MEMS gyroscopes with vertically driven vibrating masses with all required electronics integrated onto a single chip with the sensor. A gyroscope is a device for measuring the rate of rotation (angular velocity) about a sensitive axis. The most popular design of gyroscopes is of the vibrating type. Vibrating gyros are based on the transfer of energy between two vibration modes of a structure caused by Coriolis acceleration.

Bluetooth
Sensorize employs Bluetooth modules within all of its products. Bluetooth is a wireless protocol utilizing short-range communications technology facilitating data transmission over short distances from fixed and/or mobile devices, creating wireless personal area networks. Bluetooth uses radio technology. It chops up the data being sent and transmits chunks of it on up to 75 different frequencies.

OLED
Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are based on a light-emitting conductive organic molecules that consumes one-half to one-fifth of the power of liquid-crystal displays (LCDs). Displays using OLEDs present more-vivid colours and allow for clearer videos, thanks to a faster “refresh rate.” As the technology matures and cheapens, it could ultimately replace current computer-monitor and television technologies.

The importance of the exercising system on the Freestyler device is its practical value and mobility, along with the complete safety of the Functional Dynamics technique, and of course effectiveness.

Further more, the advantages of the Functional Dynamics technique on the Freestyler device, which uses seven different pairs of elastic tubes, are even superior, as there is enabled progressive resistance and the movements are multi-axis. With these advantages we move closer to actually simulating natural human movements.

The Freestyler device allows exercising while using natural body movements. Everyday natural motion demands movement in all directions. The exercises that force us to make simple movements are less effective and less useful. The Freestyler device was designed by experts from the field of sports training, who know what, how much, when, and with what means it is necessary to train, in order to achieve desired results in the shortest possible time span. Because this device enables completely free and natural movements on all levels, we named it Freestyler.

Many scientific studies explain the effects and emphasize the importance of strength training for physical, cognitive and psychological condition of an individual. Sport activity enhances many extra years of active and independent life, promotes the capacity for normal functioning, wards off phenomena like obesity or osteoporosis, and improves overall life quality, especially in the later period of life.

Freestyler, a modern exercise platform, makes very different and interesting workouts possible. For over a year Freestyler had been studied extensively collecting and integrating latest scientific achievements which resulted in highly methodical, systematic and logical exercise system.

The system has been named Functional Dynamics because it integrates functional multi-axis movements, elements of PNF techniques, different types of muscle contractions, proprioceptive workout, synchronized whole body movements, visualization techniques, breathing techniques, and more, all joined into simple, safe and efficient workout routines.

These structured and improved exercise systems are gaining ground all over the world, since many have realized that old ways of exercising are not satisfactory.

There are some advantageous features connected with the exercising system on the Freestyler device, above all its practical value and mobility, along with the utmost safety of the Functional Dynamics technique, its accessible price and of course its effectiveness.

The advantages of the Functional Dynamics system on the Freestyler device, which makes use of elastic resistance, are in many ways superior to the mainstream methods of training because the Freestyler simulates natural human movements.

The Freestyler device and the Functional Dynamics technique take us further in this direction. Different programs enable various implementations of the Freestyler device as a regular choice in many wellness programs. The Freestyler device can be used in existing sport training regimes, in pre-choreographed group fitness to music, in advanced rehabilitation system after an injury, it enhances benefits of the pilates technique, and last but not least, it is probably the smallest home gym in the world which enables countless exercise choices.
